Jordan & David | June 7, 2014 | Lafayette, Indiana
Where to begin with these two... I first met Jordan and David during their engagement session. (You can view their engagement session here: Jordan & David: Engagement) Jordan and David both live in Minnesota and were having their wedding in Lafayette since that is where Jordan is from. We were trying to find a time that they would be in town so we could take some engagement photos. Turns out they were only going to be in town for Thanksgiving and I was going to be in Oregon celebrating the holiday with my husband's family. However, luck was on our side. My flight came in the morning before they were leaving so we were able to sneak in a quick session. They were a lot of fun and I was looking forward to their wedding.
Jordan and David's wedding definitely reflected the two of them! It was filled with homemade items from their friends and family. The ceremony featured speeches from their family, the cocktail hour was home to many games, and the reception, which was lovingly decorated by family and friends feature square dancing!
And their cake! Their cake was made by a family friend and featured a custom cake topper completely with replica's of their two cats! I love cats, so this was a hit with me :)
Jordan and David: I wish you two all the best! It was a pleasure being able to photograph your big day. I wish you many years of happiness! <3
