Mariya and Chris tied the knot on Saturday at The Blanton House and it was a gorgeous event! You may remember them from their engagement session last year (view it HERE). These two have been together for over a year. They were first introduced through Chris' cousin Jessica who also happens to be Mariya's best friend. They both weren't looking for love but decided to give it a chance and go on a double date and it worked out perfectly! Chris proposed in October 2016 at Mariya's grandparent's farm (which is where we also did their engagement portraits). Chris choose the farm to propose because he found out that Mariya had always wanted to get married there.

Mariya and Chris held their wedding at the gorgeous Blanton House in Danville Indiana. It's a gorgeous farmhouse with lots of open areas and an amazing tent with chandeliers! It was perfect for Mariya and Chris' wedding! They wanted their wedding to be intimate with several different styles throughout, rustic, vintage, modern, and it was perfect. Their wedding was filled with turquoise and tangerine details.

They really made their wedding their own and incorporated in lots of friends and family into their big day. Mariya's mom works at Avon Florist and made the florals, their cake was made by a family friend, the DJ was also a family friend, and so many people helped to make everything happen. The bride and her father did a special choreographed dance that was a complete surprise to everyone and ended in a conga line. Their favors were Moon Pies because Mariya and Chris always say "I love you to the moon and back". Super sweet.
