Some of you guys know that I was apart of the Help-Portrait Lafayette event on Sunday! Help-Portrait Lafayette was put on by two different creative entrepreneur groups, the local Rising Tide Society TuesdaysTogether (where I'm the leader) and the local photography group f/765. We partnered together to provide an event where low income individuals would have the opportunity to get their portrait taken for free. As a photographer, I know how important portrait are and it was so great being able to give back to our community in this way! We had hair and makeup creatives present to pamper everyone, a caterer who provided some snacks, and lots of other creatives who helped out in different ways.
