Meet the adorable Cristy and Nick! These two have been together for over 7 years! They first met while they were both at college at IPFW. They hit it off an have been together ever since. They got engaged at last October. They went to Exploration Acres for some fall fun then went to Mountain Jacks for dinner. When they got back home, Nick proposed and of course Cristy said yes!
These two will be tying the knot in November with their ceremony at St. Lawrence Catholic Church and their reception at Vintage Oaks Banquet Barn. They will be embracing fall with a fall theme and tons of pumpkins throughout.
We held their engagement session at the Freedom Bridge in Delphi Indiana. The Freedom Bridge has a lot of history. It was originally build in 1898 over White River on CR 590 South. It was relocated and rebuilt over the Hoosier Heartland Highway in Delphi once the new highway was completed. It is now part of the Monon High Bridge Trail. Cristy and Nick are both Civil Engineer majors and Cristy currently does safety checks on bridges and the Freedom Bridge was one of the bridges that she serviced. She loved the look and feel of the bridge and wanted to include it into their engagement session. Nick's favorite season is winter and loves snow so they figured doing their engagement session in the snow at the bridge would be perfect for them and it was!
Enjoy a few of my favorite images from their session below and be sure to keep an eye out for their wedding in November!
