Meet the adorable Claire and Colin! These two have been together for almost 2 years. They first met while they were both on a church retreat. Colin saw Claire and immediately knew that she was the one! It was love at first sight! He proceeded to go over and start talking to her and they immediately hit it off. They went on their first date shortly after and went to Notre Dame to walk around and to go to the Grotto, where they prayed together. Afterwards they went to Starbucks for some conversation and have been together ever since! Colin proposed to Claire at Manchester University in the Peace Garden. She of course said yes! They then went to a 5 star restaurant to celebrate being newly engaged!
Claire and Colin will be tying the knot later this year in South Bend and I know it is going to be spectacular!
For their engagement session, we met up in North Manchester, Indiana. If you are reading this and are in Indiana then you know how much rain we have had lately! We were a little worried that their session day would be filled with rain but we lucked out! It was a gorgeous day outside and it was just perfect! We first met up at Warvel Park to start their engagement session. Then we headed to Manchester University's Peace Garden. Since that is where Colin proposed, it made perfect sense to tie it into their engagement session and it was a beautiful little spot! Afterwards we went to Saint Robert Ballarmine Catholic Church to end their session. Church and faith is a big part of their relationship and this is the church that they both attend so they wanted to tie a bit of the church into their session too. We took a few photos inside and then used the rest of the church's gorgeous grounds to capture the last bit of sunset and their love!
