Lauren and David are married!!!! YAY!!! You may remember these two from their Coxhall Gardens engagement session (you can view that HERE). Lauren and David first met back in high school through a mutual friend. However, they didn't really get to know each other until college. On the first day of college, David's car broke down and he ran into Lauren. He asked her for a ride home and they started carpooling to college together. They pretty much instantly fell in love and have been together ever since! David proposed to Lauren on a day when Lauren really didn't expect it to happen. She had to wake up early for an opening shift at work and David helped her wake up by setting alarms. At 4am she heard a knock on the door while she was getting ready and opened it to find the cops there. Instead of snoozing his alarm, David accidentally placed an emergency call! Whoops! When Lauren got home from work she found a handwritten note and flowers in the kitchen and she thought he was apologizing for the alarm mix up. After she read the sweet letter he wrote, David appeared with a ring and proposed. Lauren obviously said yes!

They held their wedding on Saturday at the gorgeous Coxhall Gardens in Carmel, Indiana. They held their ceremony outdoors by the willow tree and had their reception in the clear tent at the gardens. They both love the park and loved the idea of being outdoors so it made the perfect location for their wedding. Their wedding was filled with lots of fall details like pumpkins, orange, sage, blush, grey, and cream details, and lots of gorgeous florals. Fall is one of David and Lauren's favorite times so they loved getting to tie the colors and fall into their wedding day. They had some fun details too! For their ceremony they had a unity beer, Lauren had her mom's veil repurposed around her bouquet, she wore her grandmothers pearls and they were surrounded by all of their friends and family. It was a gorgeous day!
