Jackie and Peter are married! YAY! You may remember these two from their Purdue University engagement session. You can view that HERE. Jackie and Peter both went to the same high school but they didn't end up officially meeting until they were in college. They both attended the same church and ended up going on a mission trip together. They hit it off and have been together ever since. Peter proposed to Jackie on St. Patrick's Day while they were at their favorite chapel on Lake Erie. Jackie obviously said yes!

Their wedding on Saturday was just perfect! Jackie and Peter had to change a bit of their wedding plans due to COVID restrictions. They were planning on having their ceremony and reception both in Illinois but Illinois had pretty strict restrictions and they were afraid that they wouldn't be able to celebrate their big day with their family and friends like they planned. Since they really wanted to get married at their church in Illinois, they decided to have the ceremony in Illinois and their reception in Lafayette where they met since Lafayette didn't have as many restrictions. Luckily, most of the restrictions were lifted by their wedding day and everyone got to attend their wedding ceremony.

Jackie and Peter held their ceremony at St. John's in Champaign, Illinois. St. John's is Jackie and Peter's home church and they love the beautiful look of the church so it was the perfect place for them to tie the knot. They held their reception at Gathering Acres in Lafayette, Indiana. They loved the look of the venue and their grounds and loved that they would be able to celebrate with all of their family and friends. Their wedding was filled with emerald and navy colors. It was the perfect day for their love.
