If you've been around here for awhile then you will know all about Indiana Fashion Week! I've been working with the INDFW team since their very first year back in 2019 and it is always a blast. Denisha, who runs INDFW and Indiana Fashion Foundation, does so much to help the fashion economy and creatives in Indiana and it's an honor getting to work with her and see her visions come to life! (You can see past INDFW events HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, and HERE.)
This year, Indiana Fashion Week teamed up with the Indiana State Fair and put on a Garden of Dreams fashion show on the basketball court at the fair. There were six designers that participated in the show- Dlang Designs, Stalph, Autonomy Creates, Mya Francis Designs, J2Co, and No Bias.
Along with the designers there are countless other people and the models who help make the show a reality from behind the scenes. There are lots of volunteers and helpers that give their all to make the show a reality. Lorena Somers Makeup did the makeup for the show, Cassandra Bradford did the hair, 360 Model Bootcamp got the models into formation and made sure everything ran smoothly, Q Ross Films and No Limits Productions did all the video footage and behind the scenes videos, and I was the photographer.
If you missed the show, you can view some highlights below! Be sure to check out all of the creatives and designers and INDFW and Indiana Fashion Foundation!
