Taylor and Perry are married! YAY! You may remember these two from their engagement session at Turkey Run State Park. (You can view that HERE.) These two first met when they were 12 years old. Taylor's cousin, Jordan, is best friends with Perry so they continually saw each other several times over the years. Fast forward severals years to 2017 and they realized that they were perfect for each other and started dating and the rest is history! Perry proposed to Taylor while they were on a sunrise hike atop Mt. Pisgah in Holland, Michigan in 2021. Taylor obviously said yes!

Taylor and Perry actually eloped in Alaska but decided to have a big wedding/celebration back at their home in Indiana with all of their friends and family. They held their at home wedding at Sycamore at Mallow Run in Bargersville, Indiana. They loved all of the outdoor element that Sycamore offers and loved the wooden beams, lights, and fire pits that the venue has. Since they eloped in Alaska, they tied in a mountain theme to their wedding and filled their wedding with Earth tones. Although it may have rained and they had to move their ceremony indoors, the rain held out for portraits! It was the perfect wedding day!

Since Perry had already saw Taylor in her dress at their Alaska elopement, she wanted to do something a little different for their first look at their at home wedding. She had her cousin Jordan, who is Perry's best friend, dress up in a backup wedding dress and had him to do the first look with Perry. Taylor then came out to join in the fun!
